I thought we were talking about professional sports writers and such (that scored the bout for Kovalev) rather than casuals. Further, are you saying that casuals are delusional, or even hallucinating, to see things that don't actually happen ("casuals will see whatever they want")? Or are you simply restating your original position that the casual observer won't see a Ward victory, and that it takes a professional boxing judge to see how he could have won?

I am saying that a casual observer would not know a good fighter if the guy walked up and punched him in the face

casuals are clueless about things like styles/levels/weight

I am saying that they likely counted a lot of stuff that hit gloves, forearms, or missed completely..... as-is often the case..... and Kovalev missed a LOT of punches, which likely contributed to his lack of firepower late in that fight just as much as Ward's bodywork did

..... I am also saying that they likely scored for the guy going forward, despite the fact that he was missing, and being moved around/positioned , providing his opponent with opportunities..... as-is often the case..... and that they have a very limited understanding of ring generalship

that applies to casuals, and to some uneducated members of the media

Typical Olympic fighter thinking they're always gonna win... cuz ... reasons. Wow, is this idiot ever gonna look ****** when Kovalev puts his lights out this weekend.

or, you will be wrong..... again

Also with Hunter, everybody is against Dre : HBO, medias, the people. They are the good ones and others devils.

That's funny because Ward is being pampered by medias and judges, just like any american fighter.

Proof is Dre being ranked P4P number 1 for fighting 3 bums and having a close fight with Kova in 5 years.

Then you have Hunter going all "leave Britney alooone".

if Ward beats Kova, again..... and you guys are wrong, again....

will you happily front up and admit it ?

Unless commie Kovie KO's Ward on Saturday it will be the same screw job on the decision. America is for Americans not fricking Communists like Kovalev.

So basically, youre a casual if you scored it for Kovalev.

Whats the difference between the two and how does this relate to the original statement you posted from Ward talking about sports writers staying in their lane? Are they all calling it a robbery?

Not sure about the hat, but I agree something tipped them for sure. That's what makes this fight interesting. Unless Kovalev is a complete idiot he must know that he can't rely on the judges.

yea, a lot of them were...... which is why Ward addressed that very issue in this article

what was your point again ?

Don't know about anybody else, but I always salute the other fighter if they won honestly or without a b.s. judges call.
