1. He re-inforced loss on Kovalev. He basically said Kovalev gassed and lost. When Kovalev didn't actually lose the fight. there's more of an argument he won than he lost. He didn't defend his fighter when he should have. Would Virgil Hunter ever admit Ward was outboxed?



2. He seems to be muzzled on Ward's illegal tactics. he doesn't really speak on it. He needs to speak on it like Kathy Duva. expose Ward for the fraud he is. He needs to hammer those points home for his fighter who can't speak English well.


3. The 24/7 was filmed at his house. There was never a scene of him in Kovalev's camp. That was interesting.





These are huge factors imo.

1. He said Kovalev fatigued and slowed down in the second half, doesn't reinforce any loss.

2. He talks about Ward's holding and clinching in many interviews, including several new ones from today. He doesn't talk trash.

3. He is clearly shown training with Kovalev in a gym, in a ring, holding mitts, in the 24/7 episode.

Don't know if you're pro or anti Kovalev, but this thread is DOA.
