Will the officials (ref and Judges) be fair in Kovalev-Ward II?

For the last fight, the ref didn't stop Ward from using illegal tactics and the judges awarded Ward a decision he did not win (all three gave him the 10th round which he clearly lost, and every single close round).

Will the officials be fair this time?

It would be better for the sport if the referee stops Ward from fouling and if the judges are fair in scoring rounds.

But if a boxer is illegally arm-clamping and holding the other fighter during much of the round, the judges shouldn't score the round for him.
