I think Lee would've been a big fan of MMA and probably succeeded as an athlete. IMO he would've been very difficult to hit cleanly. My only doubt is his ability to take punishment; and his groundwork.

looks like a demonstration / exhibition to me. bruce lee was an actor. believe me, you'd have no idea who he was if it wasn't for his movies, his untimely death, the lack of footage, and the perfect storm that allowed him to become a fighting legend without actually ever fighting anybody.

Also, about the sparring footage. He's quick as a cat, and that's him not even going 100%, and going all out. I'd say he'd be an absolute monster in combat sports, and if he trained specifically for MMA, or whatever other combat sport, he'd be at ht elite level, and probably champ of whatever division he was in. Hard work and dedication mixed with his physical tools, and he'd be a champ, no doubt.
