You go to the hall based on who you fought and how you did with them. They don't keep you out based on who you didn't fight. He passed up a fight with Khan for a much higher paying and more important fight with a much better fighter named Pacquiao. He didn't duck Khan who always wants most of the money for himself. Khan is the ducker who never attempted to avenge any of his 4 defeats. Bradley would have defeated Khan and there is no chance Khan will ever be in the hall of fame.
He has a very questionable decision win against Pacman. He has a decent win over Marquez. Who also has a very questionable win over Pacman with the hulkmode he was in. He had a chance to fight Khan, Garcia both fights he could win with his skill-set. Then there is Crawford sitting there available for a coming out fight.
You can't conveniently become friends with a possible HOF boxer in Crawford when a fight against him would and could cement your legacy further. Hell he could have fought plenty of other fighters to remove doubt about his "highlight" wins but he has yet to take any fight worth mentioning. He did not win the fight vs Diego Chaves it could have easily gone the other way, who Thurman got up out of there.
He has a great resume with some good wins compared to most active boxers today but Hall of fame resume? I'm not sold on that yet.

At that time Khan was a bigger name and deserved whatever payday he was trying to get. Bradley wasn't in position to call the shots as far as money goes. Nothing wrong with taking the money fight but now that's the biggest asterisk on his resume, any real boxing fan knows he lost that fight.
Now he has slightly more leverage but back then hell no. He passed up a fight that I believe he could have won and probably would have helped him better deal with Pacquiao speed cause it wasn't like that fight was going to be gone if he took the Khan fight instead.
Bradley is a great fighter people but he isn't a HOF boxer yet.
On his achievements Timothy Bradley is good enough to be inducted into the Hall of Fame! For example did he achieve more than Barry Mcguigan (Who was inducted into Hall of fame in 2005)..? Yes!
Yes. Should be first balot too, IMO. He beat many people that went on to win championships after they fought and has one of the best resume's of his peers. I would love to see him get the Cotto fight though.
