      This playground is a minor thing money wise, but it sets a good example for others to follow. Everything starts from such small things.

      Gennady commented that the new park will be built in the 13th district as part of a social program. "It was our President Nursultan Nazarbayev who.....

      it is obviously positive and beneficial

            if you..... a) buy/donate the land..... b) see the project through to completion..... c) entrust it to honest trustworthy overseer's.....

            then, you REALLY cared

            if you..... make a donation

            then, you likely cared more about the publicity
