They are actually hoping he moves up to 130. They will be breathing a sigh of relief when he does.

If freezing him out accomplishes that then I'm sure they have no problem doing it.

He's freezing himself out. He fights TBA once a year until he gets a name and then he loses. He wins a title off a guy who was KOD 3 times before and goes back to fighting TBA once a year. He's doing it to himself. He should have been looking for these fights 2 or 3 years ago.

Valdez is not a big name

His hand issues also contribute to his inactivity. Russell hasn't lived up to expectations. His team has to step their fxcking game up. If he can't get another titlist, then go over to the UK and face Frampton or Quigg.

no one gives a crap about about midget Gary Russell or career

Gary Russell is a nothing in boxing just a midget kid going no where and no one cares about this cry baby nothing. elf sized russell is a very small joke not worthy of coverage.

I agree he does need to promote him better the cold war is officially over but there hasn't been enough fights between Top-Rank and PBC Fighters

He is the WBO champ and a hell of a fighter, hardcore boxing fans are aware of the man, it would add another title to Russell's collection as well,, Big name or not it's a great fight.

Exactly!!! He's always TBA. I don't expect to see him again until spring/summer of 2018

He has a belt. He wants to unify with the other belt holders.

                      That's all he should need.

If the other champions are scared he can't force them into the ring.
