Hes an absolute legend,I remember when he was robbed & I couldn't believe they overturned the decision then & to this day I still cant esp. In hindsight with all the close fights that been happening since. But I literally learned how to box by studying videos of his fights when I was a kid,I remember that I learned how to intentionally miss with the left hook & when your opponent moves to dodge you hit him with the overhand right for the ko. The baby faced assassin is top 5 all time for me in that he was the most entertaining fighter to watch ever,I was gutted when he was destroyed by pacquiao repeatedly, but I give pac much respect for those wins.

This is true, Barrera was the main attraction for the WBO in the early days. He also helped put the Forum on the map.

He helped put mandalay bay on the map too vs Morales in what was at that time fight of the year & became known as one of the best fights of all time. That was when the mandalay Bay had just opened & it's been years it seems since they've hosted boxing, until now that their hosting Kovalev vs Ward.

Big Morales fan, but Barrera is the better man. Heck, even Roidquez couldn't beat him. Another disgusting Robbery.

                Why, MAB, why?

Why did you have to help the World Bobarum Organization? We didn't need another sanctioning body in boxing or another belt.
