I think that the UFC has enough cash to have made sure that the fight was blocked. At the very least, they could have delayed it, and with this circus, time is of the essence. Mcgregor probably figured, why risk the MASSIVE payday. Smart move on his part.

Yea, if he tried to sue and went into court then the fight would had been delayed and who knows if it would really happen then.
