HAHA! Yeah, the guy in my Avi revolutionized the sport and paved the way for every big name that followed. Times were different back then, but if you knew your boxing history you would know he never ducked anyone with the exception of Sam Langford, who at that time was way more experienced and Dempsey was just coming up. I am white but im not looking for a hero. Some of my fav fighters are black and or mexican. I have zero racial bias. I just find it funny when posters like kigali and mirko troll cop blindly support fighters ONLY because of their ethnicity. Larry is the same he basically started that movement.

I guess it depends on your definition of boring. A lot of people find math and science boring, while others find them fascinating.

But to answer OP's question it's the same reason we root for our hometown sports teams. Even if they are going up against a more talented, explosive, high-powered offense, you're still rooting for your home team to grind it out, take the opponent's strengths away, and get the win.

This. If my baseball team was full of home run hitters, then ya, bombs away. If it was instead full of baserunners, with speed, and limitted power, then we'll Win that way. If my football team had a high powered offense, then more power to them. If they were more, a physical, defense-oriented team, well that's Cool too.
My "team" in boxing is all the American Fighters. So whichever way they have to Win to be successful, is fine with me. You have Deontay who can knock someone's head off in the second round, and that's Cool. You have Floyd, which can dance around the ring and make people look ****** for 12 rounds, and that's Cool too. I like all the different styles. I can enjoy A Competitive 108 # Fight, just as much as I can enjoy a 2nd round KO in the HW class. I'm an all of the above kinda guy. In baseball, a 1-0 pitchers dual can be just as ( if not more) exiting as a 14-13 home run filled game. In football, a 7-3 defensive showcase, where they strategically run the ball can be just as. or more, exiting, to a true fan, as a 44-40 shootout, where nobody Knows how to tackle anyone.

How ? I am nuetral, i just sometimes poke fun at overly bias bruvvas who are the actual transparent ones. Some of my fav fighters in the sport are black, just like some are also white. I dont let race dictate who i support unlike some people.

Exactly! That is MY OPINION. But the fakepugilist took offense of my opinion and started calling me a racist. Meanwhile, I never mentioned the race of any fighter in my original post. I have criticized both black and white fighters for being boring, and yes, they each have fans of their respective race who cheer them on strictly because of their race.
