If Ward can beat Kov and Adonis this year then move up and get a CW title, I dont think anyone can deny his greatness. I think if he unified CW too, thered definitely be an argument hes better than Floyd. If he were to jump from LHW to HW and win a title than I think thered be a lot more yays than nays.

coWARD got a gift because with Mayweather retired, we need a domestic star that fans can relate to so the powers that be are treating him like he's Mayweather. He's not Mayweather and you can't fabricate stars. You can doctor up certain things by having refs that will allow you to cheat and paying off judges to rip the opponent off but they will eventually get exposed as fabrications. coWARD is a fabrication, but he's America's "darling" for some reason. He can't sell crap for tickets, he's got a piss poor entitled attitude and he deserved to lose the last time out.

Is he a good fighter, sure he is but is he as great as the media makes him out to be? Not by a long shot. You hold him to the same rules as other boxers, as the rules of the sport dictate, he'd have been dq'd 3 or 4 times by now.

He's good and has the ability to adjust to any style and make it tough for them win or lose in fantasy fights. At the end of the day, he is boring, and has no idea about prize fighting. Floyd was boring to casuals but not even close to how boring ward is, even to diehards lmao. Floyd knows entertainment and knows how to sell himself.
And is actually really flashy even at the late stage of his career.
