      I feel it should be in the UK.

      I had some good days out at Cardiff for the footy when the stadium was the stand in for Wembley, while the new Wembley was being built. So, i'll go with there

          IBF have said the fight must happen before December 2nd...this may put Cardiff out the equation as Principality Stadium is only available in December.

            Not necessarily. Hearn said the following last month:

            Wales' rugby union team will play at the Principality Stadium for most Saturdays in November and December, but 28 October could be a potential date.

                In his latest interview from this week he says Cardiff is available in December but he doesnt want to push too close to the end of the year. I think it will happen in November... If it happens at all.. Vlad talking like he wants to retire in his latest statement.
