Mayweather must be devastated, the only reason he wanted to make the fight was so he could shake hands with him. Now that that's not going to happen i think the fight wont get made.

Is Mayweather's gym really an environment that encourages bullying? Weird coming from McGregor's coach given his antics. Even so, I think it may be a bit of a cultural difference there. It's hard for me to believe that the fighters aren't helping each other in his gym. I doubt they would go then...

Yes it clearly is.
But unfortunately, it's more the rule than exception in boxing. Hence why a lot of great talents are left in the gym.

Only thing I agree with is the bullying atmosphere of Floyds gym. A lot of time dudes that have tons of experience will call out dudes who have never stepped inside the ring if they even look at them wrong yet alone make a joke and crack a laugh at their expense. Floyd doesn't care he allows these guys to pick on novices which is the only disturbing thing I took from Floyds gym
