Mexican American (and Latinos in general) boxing fans are always booing black fighters for no reason other than "they boring tho". Who do you think they were rooting for when Canelo fought Floyd? The Mexican or the American? Mexican boxing fans are the ones using racial terminology with the whole "mayate this, mayate that" and they are the ones throwing stuff at black fighters when they walk into the tunnel (Broner, Floyd, Trout, etc). Mexicans love pleasing the people in charge for brownie points, and they love disparaging black fighters for even more brownie points. It's sad.
