Why are you guys saying Stevenson has more power than Kovalev?

Single punch it's Stevenson. Thats how I see it. As to a better jab, it's Kovalev. As to the chin, if they fight each other it may not matter because it could come down to who lands first. I see both getting knocked down, maybe more than once each.

I don't know if he punches harder than Kovalev but I think he punches as hard as Kovalev with his straight left. Stevenson's straight left is a fast accurate and deadly punch. Kovalev has a much better and harder jab and hook than Stevenson in my opinion. I think Stevenson's mighty straight left is just as hard as Krusher K's mighty straight right. Stevenson has crushed some very good fighters with that straight left. He is almost 40 and looking amazing especially for a boxer that old. I think he is in the same class as Ward and Kovalev and he is still the rightful lineal champ. Kovalev is my favorite light heavyweight but I respect Stevenson very much.

Look at their opponents in their last five fights, all were just ripe in the taking for a knock out.

Imagine if Kovalev fought them, a Shot fonfara, a shot Dawson and a bum Williams. He's going to look like Julian Jackson against these guys.
