VADA testing for Ward-Kovalev 2

Didn't see any threads about so I decided to make one.
What's up with drug testing for the Ward-Kovalev rematch?
According to BoxRec, Kovalev seems enrolled in VADA but not Ward.

That was from their last fight. He has to enroll again if he wanted it for this fight. Kovalev is enrolled in the WBC CBP which is different from enrolling in VADA for specific fights. The WBC CBP simply means you're subject to being tested at anytime. Thurman and Garcia were enrolled but never tested during the lead up to their fight. The VADA program for specific fights means you're guaranteed to be tested. But Kovalev has been tested at least once for this fight thru the WBC CBP

Kovalev is enrolled to the Clean Boxing Program, Ward is not. Kovalev does 365 days 24/7 testing. Ward only does any kind of drugesting when he himself can control it when a testing period starts and ends. Thats why nobody was allowed except his own team to announce the rematch.

Anyway this time it seems Ward is not being tested at all.

This is just disgusting.
