There is a strong case for Henry Armstrong. Started as a Feather Weight and won the Featherweight, Welterweight and Lightweigh titles and held them all at the same time. He fought for the Middleweight title and most observers thought he won but it was scored a draw and he lost his bid for the title. He defended his Welterweight title 5 times. IN ONE MONTH.. That is mind boggling...
