Has anybody from 154 to 168 ever sent GGG a decent offer to fight them next, when he wasn't already signed to somebody else or waiting for a mandatory shot at a world title .. and been turned down?

Check the date on the article you linked to, fuckwit ... MAY 2015, months before GGG signed for Lemieux and was installed as mando for the winner of Cotto/Canelo. And Loeffler was talking in the past tense about an offer that had already been made and rejected even earlier than that.

I've gone out of my way to clarify that I don't blame GG for Sanchez's words. I've done that numerous times and I do it because I like and respect Golovkin. I've also said I don't believe certain things Ward says, like his retirement talk or inability to cut weight.
I don't expect everyone to keep track of what little ol me is saying but please don't stereotype me with these guys that are just straight anti-one fighter or pro-another fighter. I am not emotionally invested in any of these guys and I base my opinions of them on their words and actions.
