Los Angeles, California - On Wednesday it was officially announced that former four-division world champion Miguel Cotto (40-5, 33 KOs) had signed a multi-fight agreement with Golden Boy Promotions. Cotto had worked with Golden Boy back in 2012, when the boxer faced Floyd Mayweather Jr. and then Austin Trout. The Puerto Rican boxer then worked with his first promoter, Top Rank, for two fights, and then signed a deal with Roc Nation Sports in early 2015. With one fight remaining on their three fight deal, Cotto and Roc Nation parted ways a few weeks ago.
