If Kovalev thought Ward punched like a girl he should have walked through him. You can't make excuses when the cards have already been played. Kovalev thought he was so far ahead in that fight (maybe because of the KD) he became complacent later in the fight. The fight was a bore fest. Kov better stop the excuses and focus on what's ahead or the judges won't be kind again. Ward knows how to win. Kovalev better count on that and compensate so there's no doubt.
