Jab right into a guillotine choke. Notice the flexing of the arms too to choke. If you're not choking people in boxing YDKSAB. PERIOD

Yeap... literally guillotine choke... not even headlock...

they don't understand that Ward is not just putting an elbow on a neck. he's straight up locking arms. try to throw your hands with someone locks them up like this to prevent action.

... da slick bruva workin' dat body!!!

Ward is combining traditionally low risk moves with illegal tactics too.

he's bending at the waist and throwing a body jab then straight into bodylock then clinch.

body jab is the most risk adverse move in boxing because of the level change and the angle. there are really no counters for it. nobody gets KOed from attempting a body jab.

to know a boxer specifically trains that in boxing matches is troubling.

what's even more troubling are the morons(HBO team included) hyping that as skill.

the same people that absolutely trashed John Ruiz his entire career.

Dude has cheated in all of his biggest wins and his promoters have been able to rig up other aspects as well such as home court advantage throughout his career as well as judges who will give him every round that they can. The refs allow him to cheat by headbutting and clinching while the admonish the opponent at every turn.

All I see is a bunch of bellyaching. I bet none of you complaining now would have said a word if Kovalev won the fight.

You remember when Maidana d****d all over Mayweather and committed every foul in the book. How many of you complained then? How did Mayweather respond the next fight? Maybe Kovalev should change his strategy and dare to be great.
