Kovalev denies JDJ trying to jump sides. (vid inside)

They simply wanted to cause havoc and mistrust within the Kovalev camp. Cheating on any and all levels to steal a win.Idk about that. Jackson saying they reached out to him makes me think J. Prince is telling the truth. If you look at that thread I said I didn't believe any of it. But now that it's confirmed a conversation happened I believe J. Prince. Of course Jackson isn't going to admit he tried to jump ship. But why would Ward need Jackson? He wouldn't. But I can see Jackson wanting to leave.Comment

None of this means **** come June 17th. Kovalev already hates Ward and he will fire Jackson if he loses anyhow.Comment

In the other video JDJ says a offer was made & it just wasn't the offer he wanted or else he woulda took it I think he says while lolling a lil bit. So Kovalev is wrong. There was a offer, there was a dollar amount. It just wasn't an agreed upon offer.
That suggests to me Kovalev wasn't told about this situation by JDJ & JDJ bout to be unemployed for real before or shortly after this fight even if Kov wins.

Of course it does. Can't have a guy cornering you who's looking to split sides in the middle of a camp to the side of the guy you're fighting next.
If I'm Kov I fire JDJ at my earliest opportunity.
I think at this point I'd keep him around cuz the last thing you wanna do is have him legit telling your secrets to the enemy, but he's holding the spit bucket & giving me no instructions on fight night. And I'm probably firing him at the post fight presser or more low profile style sending him a message in the days or weeks after the fight his services are no longer needed &/or cut ties since he's trying to go full Benedict Arnold on me.Comment

Kovalev was putting JDJ down after the first fight...In the other video JDJ says a offer was made & it just wasn't the offer he wanted or else he woulda took it I think he says while lolling a lil bit. Yea, having the guy who trained your opponent in your camp...completely useless.Idk about that. Jackson saying they reached out to him makes me think J. Prince is telling the truth. I get the sarcasm. Of course the Ward camp would cheerfully pay to hear JDJ explain every little thing happening in Kovalev's camp.
It would be a d i c k move though. Not sure any future fighters would really want a trainer who's also a traitor that cuts camp to go over to the other side.Comment

Yea, here's the vid that supports what you're saying. He talks about negotiations not going well enough for him to leave his guy (which almost sounds worse than just lying about it, lol).In the other video JDJ says a offer was made & it just wasn't the offer he wanted or else he woulda took it I think he says while lolling a lil bit.
