The thing about most boxing people is that they're delusional and never seem to have a realistic sense of their own relevance. You see it over and over when once great fighters pass their prime. You see it with guys like Roy Jones and Shane Mosley. In their minds, they're still relevant at the championship level. Manny is nowhere near that. He's still arguably the best welterweight in the worlf. But he and most of his camp don't seem to realize how irrelevant the whole Mayweather-Pacquiao thing is nowadays. I think they genuinely believe the world is anxiously awaiting a rematch.

I think the true irony here is that we would've already had Pac-Mayweather II if only Arum hadn't of told Pac to fake an injury to save face.

One thing for sure. What this thread has proven again just in the First few pages of this thread, Floyd fanboys want to build that wall to prevent their Froid Roid from becoming exposed again haha!!

Just the thought of Floyd having to do a rematch with Pacquiao is giving you Floyd fanboys the willies hehe! It only shows how much distance, and a wall FLoyd fans want to put for this fight not to happen.. You guys have no confidence with your purse snatcher boxer haha!!

After getting tagged Floyd can go from one side of the fence to another in 0-60 in just 2 seconds Flat! haha!

            Run Floyd Run!

Fl0mos: LET'S ALL BUILD THAT WALL!! SAVE OUR HERO FROM ANOTHER EMBARRASSING NIGHT!! NO REMATCH AT ALL COST!!

First off it was crappy coz one man wanted to run and hug for 12 ***** rounds.

One wanted to fight, while the other wanted to run and hug. A fight can only happen if the 2 combatants want to mix it up. The only variety Floyd wanted to do that night was to run and hug in an energy diffusing bore-fest. You can't blame Pac for trying especially with an injured right shoulder he still pressed on and was being aggressive the whole night. And everytime Pac was nearing Floyd. Floyd will stay on the ropes, and every time pac was in the kill-zone range, Floyd rather than to exchange with pac chose to clinch everytime to prevent the fight from ever turning into a true super fight. We do know it takes 2 to tango. If one guy just wanted to survive hoping that the judges will save him for his *****ness. We cannot expect a good fight to happen.

Secondly, what that fight has proven. I shoulder injured Pacquiao with all the handicap he had going into the fight was still able to outlanded an IV ridden Floyd as video evidence has come to light, therefore, no need for a rematch. This fight has concluded who was a better man between the 2. Imagine a healed shoulder for a rematch. Floyd will not see the light of day with that scenario.

                  # a shoulder injured Pac was too much for Floyd a healthy Pac will be murder if a rematch happened. No need to know. It's too obvious who got game that night. A rematch is not necessary.

                  3. I am not harping for a rematch as I've stated. I'm just stating the obvious that just a thought of a rematch haunts most of the Floyd fans who seems to realize another one of the marathon hugfest will definitely destroy Floyd's legacy and boxing even more. And will only expose their IV ridden hero to another level of *****ness. Pac has that effect on Floyd as you have noticed. I'm not saying you, but most of them knows another stunt Floyd pulls like how he did that night will bring back boxing to the stone-age lmao

Conclusion: NO need for a rematch we already saw who fought that night, and who didn't want to fight. That says it all who is the best of this era.

                  # rematch is only for Floyd to redeem himself for all that *****ness, Pac doesn't need it. But as you can see Floyd would rather fight a non boxer than a real threat whether it's Pac or the live-dogs in boxing. Truth hurts..

                  Case in point:

Floyd needs this to redeem himself from all that stinkfest he threw that night.

Nacho about Floyd: The kid caved. Over defensive on the most important fight of his life.

"He knew he was supported by the judges to give a luck luster fight."

"He (floyd) lost so much credibility"

"the only one throwing punches was Pacquiao"

"how can they gave the rounds to a guy who even looks ridiculous running away scared?"

"or giving hugs to turn off the fight?"

                  # Floyd needs to redeem himself with this poor display of boxing.

This is all they know how to do. To sell a fight, team Pac would say Mayweather, Mayweather, Mayweather. Then when he finally did fight him, it went exactly as most unbiased, honest fans thought it would. Now saying Mayweather when he already schooled Pac, is over 40 years old, and has been retired for two years isn't going to sell a fight with a freaking gym teacher. But it's probably just reflex by now.

You do realize Floyd threw more punches in that fight, right? Manny didn't want to fight, he was scared to death he would get caught like he did against JMM. You can act like Pac was trying to make it into a brawl all you want, but he was scared of getting countered, and that short left hook coming in. So he just walked around the ring letting Floyd hit him and move, hit him and move, hit him and move. And Pac just kept walking around, not throwing anything at all back at Floyd. A number of Pac fans even sued Pac and Arum for not even trying.
