You could say the same thing for all of Golovkin's opponents so far. They all had better defense and threw better combos than he does. And he hits harder than all of them, cuts the ring off better, and yes has a (much) better jab.

I wonder how Canelo will fare against his first real MW opponent ever.

But Canelo is none of them bums g string has been fighting since he turned pro. The only two legit contenders g string has fought that were true middleweights were Lemiux and Jacobs. Im not counting Brook cause he wasn't a true middleweight.

Everyone puts too much weight on g string knocking out most of his opponents but let's be real... Most of them were bums and taxi cab drivers.
So we're gonna see how g string fares with a middleweight who isn't intimidated by his power and isn't afraid of him.
Hopefully we'll all get our answers on September 16th.

GGG will totally dominate and confuse Canelo after the second round. Sure he may show some flashy moves and weaving for a round or two, but he will get caught before he knows it and things will go south real quick for Saul. Canelo has never faced any opposition like GGG and will have no answers to the impending onslaught coming has way and neither will his trainer Chepo. Except to run for the remainder of the fight just as an attempt to survive.
