PACs not fighting to prove he's the best now so he can fight who he wants. PAC had to beat bradfley to get a Floyd fight. But PAC isn't considered the best now so what's wrong weiuth hoirn?

Two reasons, one good one bad IMO. The bad reason is, Floyd's Black, Manny isn't. That simple. The GOOD reason is, everyone really knows Manny's not on Floyd's level, so because of that they don't hold him to the same standard. Manny really only became a true SUPERstar because he was supposed to be the Floyd killing knight for all those who hate Floyd. When he lost that, he lost his true SUPERstar fame.

I didnt criticize Mayweather for the Berto fight, it was supposed to be a retirement fight. He didnt need to fight a tough challenge.

I also dont complain too much about Pacquiao. His last two fights were against Bradley, who was at the time p4p, if i'm not mistaken and Jessie Vargas, who was top10 at 147, even if he was an easy shot at a title.
I would only start complaining if the fight after Horn will be against someone like Sam Eggington.

Realistically, because Bob Arum doesnt like to let his fighters fight against other promoted boxers, he should fight Crawford or Lomachenko next.
