How are Pulev and Takam bums, unless some of you consider everyone other than the #1 and #2 in the world useless bums.

I'm saying the IBF shouldn't have stripped Tyson Fury. I agreed with the poster that said it was wrong to strip Fury. It was wrong then and it is wrong now as the poster said. Aren't you reading and paying attention to these posts?

The IBF and the other bodies need to adjust their rules. The alphabet organizations are bogus anyway with their rankings and B.S. ways.

It's never what's in the best interest for boxing, the way they run their organizations.

And that is just the plain truth.

Piles flat out refused to fight Joshua at the end of last year, he shouldn't get it now. Nobody wants to see him hold that hostage

I didn't write Fuuuray should've been stripped right after he won the title. I'm writing, that if he was stripped, there shouldn't be an exception for stay humble either.

Fuuuray hasn't fought anyone and was rightfully stripped of the other titles, testing positive, messing about and wasting people's time. However he was stripped for deciding to (not) give Klitschko a rematch, instead of facing his mandatory, not because he was messing around for a year and a half. It's the same situation right now. Stay humble should forfeit the title and fight the new champion Pulev/Takam, when they're available and want to unify.

Is the fact, that there are 432 ABC organizations bad for boxing? Yes. Is it bad for boxing, that a lot of fans call everyone other than zero to three people per division an useless bum? Yes. If the fans weren't making fun of every boxer, who loses a fight or two, would more great fights be made constantly? Yes! Take a peek at the UFC for proof.

There are many things wrong for boxing, a lot of which are the fans' fault. Pulev taking guys out of retirement to fight him, while he's waiting for the title is just him playing the rules of the game and walking his way to the next big paycheck.

Point is, it was wrong of the IBF back then with Fury and it's wrong now.

All sanctioning bodies should be doing what's best for boxing but they don't.

They should restructure how they sanction, etc... but will they?

Anyway, that's my opinion. I'm done.

Going to look really bad on the IBF if they don't strip Joshua after they stripped Fury for the exact same reason.

heres a vid literally made to answer this thread. SKIP TO 26:00 for the exact question you're pretty much asking. SKIP TO 30:00 for the meat of the explanation of the difference between Fury being stripped, and AJ's possible mando exception

Joshua knew very well that the IBF wasn't going to allow an immediate return fight with Klitschko. Not before the mandatory was addressed.

Because of that I'm surprised he let Klitschko put a rematch clause in the contract.

Joshua got the title cuz Charles Martin lucked into a high ranking cuz the IBF has sh^t rankings, then lucked into a vacant title fight due to Fury's situation, then lucked into a title cuz Glazkov's knee fell apart midfight & then lucked into Hearn making a sexy offer to him to fall down while being scared of getting hit in the head by Joshua.

Martin is the one who should be thanking the IBF, Joshua should be thanking his promoter & riding with him towards another big payday vs Klitschko over whatever the Pulev fight offers.

im a fury fan but oh well joshua has proved himself now by beating wlad. i dont care if he struggled more than fury did, he still won and got him out of there. Hasnt had much pro experience either.
