Jacobs would beat canelo also......look the bottom line is canelo is a flat footed cannot fight going backwards and sitiing with his back on the ropes will add to his downfall....golovkins jab and relentless in your face attack will take canelo deeper and deeper into rough waters and by the 10th round canelo will be a broken man...canelo is not a big puncher at middleweight who in my opinion has never felt the kind of power and pace a fired up golovkin is going to bring..canelo cannot win this fight in my eyes

With all due respect and let it be know that I got this fight 60-40 in favor of GGG, I don't see Golovkin steamrolling Canelo at all, key points;
Brook made GGG's nose bleed and put some hands on him, being honest I don't think Brook hits harder than Canelo, and while I agree that Jacobs is a far superior boxer than Canelo I think Canelo's combinations are better than Jacobs anytime of the year.

I favor GGG by a little strecth but I don't see an easy fight for neither of them,

With all due respect and let it be know that I got this fight 60-40 in favor of GGG, I don't see Golovkin steamrolling Canelo at all, key points;
Brook made GGG's nose bleed and put some hands on him, being honest I don't think Brook hits harder than Canelo, and while I agree that Jacobs is a far superior boxer than Canelo I think Canelo's combinations are better than Jacobs anytime of the year.

This is getting rediculous for people saying that jacobs has better boxing skills than anyone let alone canelo,he boxed well in 1 fight, vs gigi thats it. In every other fight hes a terribly awkward power puncher,who only has awkwardness & power,with a glass chin its amazing that his defense is so poor. Vs gigi which I think he won,he was lucky that everytime gigi gets hit he freezes up & stops throwing. Otherwise if it was canelo hed have been ko'd,canelo loves when you hit him because it usually means he hit you more in that said exchange with counter combos to the body.

Gigi is tailor made for canelo mark my words, I think many on this site dont even watch the fighters & fights they talk about. In the gigi vs jacobs fight gigi was using the same jab, headhunting because jacobs had him shook of trading whatsoever;if jacobs was a good boxer hed have ko'd gigi in that fight,because he was scared into believing he has a glass chin,he never realized how much gigi couldn't do anything when jacobs went on the attack with counter combos. Counter body combos are gigi's ******nite,the exact attributes gigi has trouble fighting are the same ones canelo has.

I'm putting serious ******* on nelo to win at +135 thats a royal bargain.

Im not say its an easy fight bro.....and your a poster that warrants my explanation and one with respect , ....the reason why i see Golovkin winning is two simple reasons ....one is canelo is not use to having to deal with a fighter that will be in your face 3 minutes of every round and he also lacks the footspeed to take himself ot of the danger zone..golovkin is just to strong and punches too hard...i see canelo having some good moments but down the stretch i see golovkin just breaking him down for a late stoppage...i commend canelo for takng the fight because without question its going to become hell after 5 or 6 rounds having to fend off triple ggg...in my opinion canelo will have to perform better than he ever has done before......great fight though and may the best man win

Most likely the opposite IMO.

You obviously beat GGG with counterpunching.

There are 2 ways, outlanding GGG with those counterpunches or stopping him.

The thing is Nelo will land his counter then won't move, and will be there to get hit.

So unless those counters wobbles GGG and makes of the Kazakh a good boy, Nelo is in there for a long night, because Nelo won't like getting chased non stop and GGG is no slouch.

GGG won a close decision vs Jacobs but still outlanded a longer skilled fighter.
Dude is no slouch, that's why the Jacobs fight should tell us.

Unlike Jacobs, Nelo is the shorter guy, Nelo is even shorter than Brook.

Actually, GGG isn't a great counter puncher so Canelo might have success taking the lead if he can push him back. GGG shells up when people throw combinations his way and waits for them to stop punching.
