I can't see Thurman beating Spence. Styles make fights and Spence is a bad match-up for Thurman. Also, I have only seen Thurman "hurt" once, and it was from a body shot. Spence is probably the best body puncher in the game. Danny Garcia would have a chance against Spence, but he would probably lose too. Swift's defense is really good and his countering is great, and he has decent power, so if he could stay on the outside and land some clean counters, he would have a chance. Not a good chance, but a chance.

Honestly, Spence is the best WW fighting today. That's my thoughts anyway.

Who would give Spence the toughest fight? Charlo, Lara, and Andrade. A Spence-Crawford fight would be close to a 50-50 fight; I would still favor Spence mainly because he is bigger and stronger. But Bud is with TR so no way will Arum ever allow one of his top fighters in with someone like Spence. Honestly, I do not see any WW beating Spence, but one division north and he would have some real trouble. Luckily for Spence, the big names and big fights are all at WW.

I think Errol beats Thurman but if Thurman is to beat Errol he will have the box him all 12 rounds & he has the skill to do it....Thurman has been hurt 2 times to the body, Guerrero & Callozo. Terrence is at 140 & I doubt it would happen (I favor Errol). I don't think Danny beats Errol, he might get stopped. Errol's competition is at 154.

That was always a ****** comment.I was at both and I knew that JL. could only win by knockout whereas Spence could do both.Kell was leading be it only slightly until the 7th .Then we got to know about the class and sustained ability of Spence who I figure will reign at welter for a long time.

Kell has nothing to be ashamed off.

I came away impressed with him more in this fight than in any of his other fights.

I had my doubts about him but he won me over. He is quality.

Spence is just a beast.

Boxing needs more of these types of match ups.

Excuses Excuses..... Spence is the best Welterweight around today. The only other Welterweight's of worthy mention are Thurman and Pacquiao. Spence is too big for both.

Like I tell people Spence is what I call a "152" fighter. Meaning he's not really a true WW but he's not really big enough for full fledged LMW's so he's forced to fight at 147. It's the same with Brook, he will have to choose his oponnents wisely at 154. Cotto, J-rock guys like that. Definitely not Charlo or Andrade..

If u see the pictures of Errol and Charlo in camp. Errol is big but Charlo's height frame everything a much bigger specimen at 154 physically.

i have to agree. those saying thurman can outbox spence to a UD is foolish. spence can box and we havent even seen his best, he was around a B- on saturday. he young fighter like him needs to be more active. also who has look good against brook, period. two fighters. GGG and that was a slugfest while it lasted and the first six rounds of the spence fight was not pretty either. brook is awkward and was hard to figure out. spence did the body work, cut the ring off and press the action. broke him down, was it pretty no, but that body work was. there are those fights you win but arent pretty. thurman and spence will be another fight that might not be pretty. thurman will use the ring as long as he could like the garcia fight. but spence can cut the ring off and apply more pressure. thats an interesting fight for me. im a fan of both fighters.

Spence is clearly a good fighter. I need to see him against more elite competition before saying he's better than Thurman, Pac, or even Garcia. All three guys have big resumes and Spence just beat a guy who's lone significant win is Porter. Until Spence has another significant fight, I've got him at 4 in the WW division.
