#4 Parker
#5 Pulev
#6 Chisora


Takam fought Parker for #1 and Pulev fought Chisora for #2.

#1 Parker was then supposed to fight #2 Pulev, but Parker vacated his position to pursue the WBO title. Leaving Pulev as the mandatory.

He deserves a mandatory shot because his became the mandatory fair and square. He hasn't done "*** all." He beat the top available contender.

And you say, well the IBF top contender isn't good enough, etc . . . but we're not living in a fantasy land. We live in reality. In reality, those were the top fighters willing to fight for the IBF. If you think the best fighters are fighting in other leagues, then watch those leagues instead. Nobody is telling you that you have to watch IBF fights.

He's the mandatory. He's fighting the Kevin Johnsons of the world because he's stuck waiting forever for his shot and just wants to knock off some rust. He's not going to risk his position, nor should he. You clearly have absolutely no idea how this sport operates.
