It's not criticising to tell the truth. Kell Brook is a quitter full stop.

Eubank Sr is still scarred up until this day, I wouldn't say it was just puffiness.
Damage taken in Calzaghe & Thompsons fight trumps that of Kells. You can see the toughness with your own eyes. Some fighters quit & some fighters have to be pulled out. Please go and listen to Dominic Ingle speech the round before Kell quit & look at Kells demeanor.

corrales didn't have a broken orbital bone from all accounts. brook does. he just broke it on the other side in his last fight, FFS. these guys can go blind.


by the definition of the word "quit," 100% that is what happened, but i have no problem with what he did. if his eyes were jus swollen i'd have more of an issue with it, but the guy has another broken orbital bone. if he kept fighting and the break got worse he could have been blinded permanently. it remains to be seen how well his eyesight holds up as he ages. my guess is that he's not out of the woods.

Remember David Reid with that droopy eyelid? His eyesight problems may have ruined his promising career which he had to finish quite early. I hope Brook won´t have permanent problems with his eyes/facial bones. It seems to be his weak spot and all future opponents will try to exploit it.

It's not about how the eye looked, it's about the damage that was caused. Berto had the worst looking eyes in the Guerrero fight but it was just swelling, no bone fractures or damage beyond tissue swelling.

Brook did quit but I think it's understandable, he had back to back socket fractures in fights. At some point you have to look out for yourself, don't fight on because of the fans and their opinions. Those fans won't lose any sleep because you lost vision in an eye.

At this point I'm just going to assume people are trolling or too ****** to understand the difference. You can't compare a swollen eye to having your orbital bone broken.
