Is that just an incredible coincidence? Or is there something more going on behind the scenes?

And if it's the latter...why has no boxing journalist done more digging into the story, I wonder?

Gilberto Ramirez, WBO 168 lb champion
Manny Pacquiao, WBO 147 lb champion
Terence Crawford, WBO 140 lb champion (also has WBA)
Vasyl Lomachenko, WBO 130 lb champion
Oscar Valdez, WBO 126 lb. champion
Jessie Magdaleno, WBO 122 lb. champion
Zou Shiming, WBO 112 lb champion

They've got the same deal as Warren then. Pretty much all of his fighters go the WBO route or hold the WBO title.

I think Hearn has something with the WBA/IBF as well with the amount of rank changes he seems to get with those.

Arum is the one who legitimized the WBO. The WBO used to be looked at like the IBO is looked at now. You didn't need that belt to be considered undisputed. That's why it's called the Warren Boxing Organization and Whatever Bob Orders

I noticed the fishy relationship between Frank Warren and the WBO when Austin Trout filed his lawsuit, due to being "accidentally" dropped from the rankings so that Liam Smith could mysteriously take his place.

I have no hard evidence but I strongly suspect that Francisco Valcarcel accepts bribes in order to manipulate the rankings.

All the title organizations are corrupt one way or another.

Love or Hate Arum. The man turned the WBO into a legitimate World Title.

Manny hasn't held anything except a wbo belt in 7 years. Even the one before that was the joke Margarito fight for a vacant belt at a made up weight.

No doubt. But this is pretty blatant, don't you think?
