Woulda, shoulda, coulda....Spence caused the eye injury during the course of Boxing. Brook sould have did his part to make sure that the injury didn't happen, tighten up his defense maybe? Oh and nobody was getting schooled in this fight before the 7th round....it was nip & tuck.

No. Brook was breaking down and in survivor mode also due to the consistent pressure and body attack.

There wasn't much in the first 6 rounds, sure Brook might have edged more but it was not like he was making Spence look like a fool because Spence was implementing his attack landing jabs, hard body shots and occasional power punches to the head while making Brook work hard.

One aspect of schooling is when a guy makes it look effortless. This fight never looked like that.

spence was investing in the body from round 1-2 on. you could see the momentum start to shift around the middle of the fight. they'd get into exchanges or brook would work hard, and he'd look tired after that and his shots would have less steam. that was the body punching and the pace a fresh 27 year old can push. brook ended up taking a beating toward the end of that fight.

Schooled cmon, lol. It was a close fight, Brook was ahead like by 1rnd max 2rnds coming into the 7th.

Brook tired down the stretch and started taking flush shots. Had his other eye socket broken in the process. Even if he didnt have his eye broken, Spence was coming on strong and Brook was fading. He would most likely lost a Split or a ud by the end of the fight.


Bodyshots, and jumping up two weights and then jumping down two weights also factored in this. Hence why he tired, and started to ship hard shots to the face.

lol schooled? Spence was keeping his composure and investing a lot in to the body in the early rounds. Most of that was overshadowed by Kell's occasional shots landed that made the crowd go nuts. Spence didn't give a crap about losing the earlier rounds, it was about investing in the body early so he could go on to destroy in the second half of the fight. Went exactly as planned.

so you have it 5-5 after ten (with only the KD being the difference). that's how i have it. i don't know which rounds did you give to each guy, but i got **** for having brook ahead 5-2 after seven. spence took over in the second half and beat the shit out of brook in the last 2.
