When you aren't committing to your punches, its alot easier to throw 100 punches a round. With regards to overall energy expended during a fight, I'd have to go with Manny Pacquiao. He throws every punch with one punch KO power.

I dunno, I've seen him throw alot of arm punches. He throws alot of punches that look very pretty from the waist up, but I rarely see him turn his hips and his back foot on any of his power shots. He doesn't throw his punches correctly, which allows him to get off all of those punches while remaining perfectly balanced. Some fighters, when throwing power shots in combination, fall off balance and can't get off more than 3 or 4 shots. The way they compensate for this balance deficiency is that they don't turn their entire body weight on their shots.

Pac was visibly tired in the first Morales fight but other than that he's been fine.

Hatton also looked tired in his last outing so that scratches him off the list.

I guess I'd have to go with Floyd Mayweather, after all the dude does spar 15 minute rounds. If that doesn't build stamina then god knows what will.

Augustus is another guy who can fight 10 rounds while throwing 100+ punches per round.

i didnt know he did 15 min rounds. but he doesnt throw that many shots a round only like 50. and hatton had to move up in weight so of course he had to get used to fighting their first.
