No buddy it's not actually these fighters being afraid of Pacquiao it's just not feasible because promoters won't put up these fights because these fighters are not in the league of Eric, MAB or Larios where Pac belongs.

I believed after Pacquiao won over Barrera, as the next fight for Manny, Larios was a candidate to fight Pacquiao at featherweight but never materialize, Pac fought JM Marquez instead.

As far as Larios going up 2 weights, Pac went from flyweight to jr. featherweight, that's 3 weight classes up and he still became a champion. Larios is also a former world champ and ranked in the top 3 by Ring magazine. As far as Harrison, John, and Soto, they are all top 10 fighters. Pac is fighting for a tune up fight, that's why Manny picked Larios. But as far as Larios is concern, he is not a tune up fight. Manny better be ready for this upcoming fight or Larios will upset Pac like what Manny did to Barrera.
