Browne definitely lost to Hot Rod. That fight made me lose almost all of my confidence in him. However, he's improved leaps and bounds since that bout. He's looked like a genuine contender so far.

Edit: I hate when I scroll through comments in a thread and realize I already commented some **** that I just said lol. Browne should scoop up one of those vacant titles.
