also I don't think Wlad has tough mentality. Foreman would KO him out of the ring in my opinion. IF Foreman lifted Frazier from the canvass with a punch, he'd do worse to Wlad who has glass chin.

wlad would destroy shannon briggs much faster than foreman would get to wlad

a lot of idiotic replies in this thread so far.

wlad vs foreman isnt nearly as bad a matchup as frazier/foreman was, and yet you guys are referencing what happened to frazier as if a klitschko/foreman fight would play out that way. last time i checked klitschkos fight plan isnt based on walking through the other guys punches just to land some left hooks. some of you idiots really just like to say "KTFO" without even thinking.

i dont really doubt that prime foreman would beat wlad but to act like foreman would just come out and walk through him is just beyond ******ed. youre fogetting wlad is 30 pounds heavier than prime foreman and has a couple inches on him. wlad is a much more precise puncher and has quicker hands. he would beat george to the jab all night long and would neautralize georges best weapon. you guys are also forgetting that prime foreman had ****ty stamina also, and since he would be the one pushing the fight he would be gassed and have taken alot of jabs if wlad could make it to 6 rounds.

prime foreman was not invincible as everyone thought, ali proved it pretty easily. ron lyle also showed that his chin could be dented. i think wlad holds his own in this fight, the biggest reason i give advantage to foreman is the size of wlad, he would make a huge target for foremans wild punches.

Ali absorbed an inhuman amount of punishment to do it, and Foreman was ruined when he fought Lyle. He was not in his prime then because mentally he was a wreck.

Up front, it looks like a kayo early for George; but so did the Peter fight until Wlad outskilled him. It's hard for me to see Wlad getting out of the 3 round in this one; but it is boxing, so anything's possible. If he tied George up when he got in close, like he did Peter, and showed the kind of heart he did against Peter and got George into the second half of the fight a win is not out of the question. Remember, a young George wasn't all that technical in his pursuit, which is why Ali outsmarted him and why Jimmy Young outboxed and beat him. Wlad has good skill, a superior reach, good jab, good hook, good power, and decent stamina, as he showed againt the biggest puncher he's ever faced. Wlad could win; but he'd be tested early on...that's for sure.
