    Yeah that was a daft point by Ingle.... an Olympian doesn't mean you got a medal, it means you made your nations Olympic team and competed at the Olympics. That in itself is an achievement, people don't realise that it's a challenge to get on an Olympic team.... a lot of athletes don't make it. People just see the guy competing on TV but don't realise he had to do a lot of winning and competing to get there.

    Also just to clarify an Olympic medallist is an Olympian that won a medal. You have to be an Olympian before you can be an Olympic medalist.

        these kids have to beat the best in their state, then region, the win nationals, USA Trials, tourneys, maintain weight and form...in between all this they have international tourneys and club shows...

        of course a do nothing know nothing would belittle something he never had to work for
