Seriously, what a bunch of losers, whining about Povetkin, Joshua, Pacquiao, Mayweather or anyone else taking steroids. All serious boxers do it and yeah, Fury too, everyone. Kovalev, Ward. A few may not do it, but you can pretty sure that the majority of the high level fighters do it. If it makes them perform better, you really shouldn't care. You get to see better fighters in action.

I have no problem with cheats fighting each other, but I think natural fighters should be respected. Andre Ward in my opinion shows no sign of doping, neither in his tests or his performances, and that deserves respect, especially in a division like 175.Seriously, what a bunch of losers, whining about Povetkin, Joshua, Pacquiao, Mayweather or anyone else taking steroids. In a sport like cycling, yeah, who cares since all of them are juicing anyway and no one is laying their life on the line. In boxing, these athletes put their lives on the line, so yes, steroids do matter because not all fighters are fighting dirty.Comment

"Sports Illustrated interviewed a cohort of elite Olympic athletes, asking, “If you were given a performance-enhancing substance, you would not be caught, and you would win, would you take it?”
Ninety-eight percent of athletes answered yes.
When they changed the question to, “If you were given a performance-enhancing substance, and you would not be caught, win all competitions for 5 years, then die, would you take it?”
More than 50% still said yes."
Drug testing is also a complete joke and you've seen all the PED peddlers in high profile lab busts admit they only get caught if the athlete doesn't follow instructions.
At this point bringing it into the open but still testing just to make sure the athletes aren't on life-threatening quan****** probably makes more sense.Last edited by ////; 05-24-2017, 03:49 PM.Comment
