As Thurman fan I don't like seeing him fight only twice in 2 years

This is becoming a big issue with the sport. Every other sport gives us multiple chances a year to see our favorites perform. I know boxing is more dangerous but come on. These guys aren't getting the hell beat out of them every time out. Thurman didn't get beat up at all against Garcia. I know his injury is a setback but realistically speaking based on his recent activity, he was going to fight just once more this year at the most. He's wasting his youth.

I agree except if someone is undisputed. No way should the champ be rewarded by having to fight 8 times every 12 months.
