IS Froch vs Kovalev a mismatch?

Kovalev has the far bettwr jabs that qctyally beat andre ward with the battle of the jabs which froch lost horribly during the super six. Has far superior power, punch placement, foot work ans size.
    Technique. Reach. Speed. Etc.etc.

If they had fought in 13 or 14 when kov was rapidly rising would the fight be considered a mismatch?

Yes it would have been a mismatch. Carl Froch would have toyed with him then ****** him out ragdoll style. Before or after he knocked George Groves out in front of 80,000 people at Wembley, makes no difference.

Man it it would be embarassing watching frochs nose getting rearranged to the point beyond repair infront of eighty thousand fans.

Yes. Kovalev is bigger, stronger, faster, hits harder and is the better boxer.

Froch never showed any inclination to fight at light-heavy and comfortably made 168 into his later years. I wouldn't bet a bean on Carl beating Kovalev.

Froch could probably could have weight-bullied at middleweight.

Big Froch Fan here, the guy was an absolute warrior and a overachiever..but the buck stops here against a savy monster in Kovalev!

Krusher punches much harder, faster hands, better ring IQ...just the better overall fighter!

Kov by TKO 11th round, ref stoppage!

Froch has been out of the game too long to be a real threat. In his prime I still favor Kovalev.
