If you really are honest to yourself. Floyd will not be guns blazing fighting McGregor. He will make sure he plays it safe, especially the pressure of being gtfo by a novice will surely be in FLoyd's head. His run and hug tactics will be in full play here. So don't expect McGregor will be the only one looking silly running around the ring. This won't be a fight in the honest sense of the word. Floyd will execute his patented lame tactics grab and run potshot tactics that will get him ramping up points to the disappointment of the paying viewers, as he again will be giving another uninspired lame effort of boring the crowd in a memorable 50th lame win that will live in infamy for years and decades to come lol

This will be another one of Floyd's how to cure insomnia fights. Where both men will look awkward in the ring. Both will look silly. A lot of dull moments. Seeing a man chase a man who does not want to engage for 12 rounds will only make this a boxing fight that will live on as a fight that should never should have happened in the first place. Buyers remorse will be after this lame fight. No doubt about it, Floyd is in a string of streaks, delivering boring fights is his forte. This fight won't be any different. Floyd won't risk getting ktfo by a novice, he will stay clear of the inside. This fight will be pot-shotting hugging galore.

MMA is a violent sport, boxing is also but no comparison. In mma there is a high chance to some extent you get decapitated, get your joints crashed... They even keep unloading when the guy is already KO'd.

Sounds fairly accurate. After floyd runs for 6 rounds while putting on a pot shot boxing clinic, and Connor is half tired, I could possibly see Floyd turn it up on this novice, and KO him.

This is not a fight, it's a sham, and only the lame casuals will buy it.

IMO it really shows what a fraud mayweather is, and has been to boxing. He ducked and dodged real challenges almost his entire career, but exercised a super high business IQ, along with superb boxing skills, and fleased the sport and many of its fans.

Instead of facing the Brook Spence winner, or Thurman, or maybe even GGG at 154, he is involved in another sham.

He has been poison to this sports long run. IMO fighters like Danny Garcia were following his BS money first, cherry picking methodology, so thank goodness Thurman handed him a loss!

He also pulled fake retirements when the heat got too hot for him, and then unretired when the coast was clear. One of the few fights where he didn't have the deck stacked was delahoya, but Floyd had no choice because of the money involved. What happened? He could only pull a split decision.

I feel happy when I see how well he is set for money, as I truly enjoy success stories, but as a fighter, as a boxer, he is and has been a fraud.

Unfortunately, there may enough people out there who consider this farce entertainment and won't mind forking over $100+ to be only very mildly entertained. That said, if it does take place, I hope McGregor catches Floyd and knocks his ass into next year & out of boxing forever. Wishful thinking, huh?

sadly, even though its a mismatch, people will still buy it just because they're curious to see how it plays out. one of the reason why floyd is still being talked about is because people buy his fights in hopes that this will be his first lost. if floyd is not undefeated do you think anyone cares about his fights?

Of course not. Hell, I was one of those fans who tuned in with hopes that he would finally get beaten. But it's over now. I accept it. He's a master of his craft. Would I laugh my ass off if he gets beaten by McGregor? Hell yeah! Do I believe that it'll happen, and do I care at this point enough to fork over $100+ to see it? Hell No!!
