At least there's a method to Mayweather's clinching, Brooke is just shameless with it. Clinching to slow down the pace vs clinching when you're in trouble are two different things. Forcing the clinch as well, which is a skill in and of itself.

I think Mayweather is the best boxer of this era, that said, I'd pay to watch Brook before Mayweather. Brook actually is less self preserving than Mayweather.

I read a lot about boxing and follow boxing all the time. I have never heard anybody call him the southpaw slayer. Some English boxers like Khan, Fury and Brook just love to brag on themselves. What southpaws that anybody ever heard of or cared about did Brook slay? Spence fans who favor him to beat Brook don't bring up his southpaw style because it's not the reason they think he will win.As a Spence fan I think Spence will win because of his vicious and skillful attack to the head and body with hard fast combinations. Spence would be just as effective if he were a right handed fighter with the same speed, skill, power and stamina he has as a southpaw.
