Pretty impressive to be 20 years old at that weight class, having fought no one and then jump right into an eliminator and destroyed a guy who had worked over champion James DeGale and also stopped unbeaten J'Love and also who had unofficially handed unbeaten Jonathan Gonzalez his first loss. Benavidez is going to hurt the FK out of some guys in his division.

Porky's a tough nut to crack for anyone.

Man, that left hook to the body is gold!

This is the type of fighter I had hoped would emerge from Chavez Jr. Oh well.

I'd like to see Benavidez challenge Ramirez but I don't see Arum being too keen about the match up.

Eubank Jr. thought he could get away from the Golovkin division, grab a title, and get some easy defenses.

David is here to derail those plans.

I think he has a good shot at one day being a face for American-Mexican boxing if he pans out considering that he would be competing in divisions that most Mexican boxers don't compete in competitively.
If he keeps learning and improving he will be very scary by the time he's 26 or 27.

It's the same blueprint as Canelo except this guy has the potential to be even better.
