What do you think of Adrien Broner vs Mikey Garcia in July?

wouldnt be too excited, garcia is levels above broner. would be very one sided, just as the porter and maidana fights are.

Kinda of this thinking myself. Its obviously a fight that'd get attention & obviously I'm watching it, but I don't see it as very competitive. Mikey wins this all day at 147, 142/143 & for sure at 140. I won't be surprised in the slightest if this is Broner's first KO L & or he just quits in the corner cuz we all know a Broner quit in the corner L or two is in his future.

Broner's not really showing up much for any fights as of late. That Maidana fight seemed to f#ck up his confidence or something that took him down mentally a few levels & thats impacted any growth he could have gained from that L. He's seemed as much a boxing personality (or just police blotter boxer even more recently) as an actual fighter in the last few years.

Yea Mikey isn't ******. He knows the score. If Broner comes in overweight Mikey is just gonna be happier cuz he'll get paid more & he's beating Broner if Broner weighs 140, 143 or 147. Weight isn't gonna play much of a part if any here.

yeah definitely, i think garcia stops him now. i will still watch it but with this year of great match ups, this one is just a standard one for me, probably some trash talk but thats not too fun if you know its going to be one sided. ultimately its elite talent versus someone who i would probably say is fringe level these days.

I am sure Garcia will beat him. Broner beats good fighters but he always loses to excellent fighters.

I lean toward Garcia but he's been exploiting his ability to make weight for years. He's a big dude on fight day, when he starts fighting natural 147 pounders who are just as big as he is, $hlt will change.
I'd rather see Garcia fight fight Crawford. That's a fun fight. One that Will challenge Crawford AND Garcia. I lean toward Crawford on this one.

yeah, he was god damn awful against porter. its hard to recover from a loss like the maidana one, despite the outwards appearance of confidence it must have destroyed him mentally. didnt exactly excel in his last fight either.

I agree. He's too technically sound for Broner
