^This. Guys who have trained and fought for years know exactly how long they have when that 10 second clacker goes off. The first punch, which hurt him, was fair game. But, the one that dropped him was clearly a foul.

"Mid-combo doe". This isn't a fking video game. If you have the reflexes to slip a punch, you can stop yourself in a combo when the bell rings.
