Is Kell Brook world class?

Will Spence get serious credit if he beats Brook or does he have to beat someone like Thurman to prove he's the real deal?

I have a feeling a lot of fans will say Brook wasn't that good to begin with.

yea he is world class. fast feet and hands, good jab and good power. beat porter which is a good win. defence is a bit leaky and doesn't have much of an inside game except clinching

He is world class. I don't think you beat Porter unless you're world class. Brook would beat Thurman too in my opinion.

I believe that Spence is possibly facing the biggest challenge he can at WW right now. Brook is technically sound and very accurate with his shots. He can crack and Porter said Spence might be shocked at the physical strength of Brook too.

Spence will need to prove he is a top level fighter to win. If he's not, he loses.

Of course he is world class. He is a world champion. He beat the excellent Porter in a close fight just as Thurman did. He fought well against GGG and KOed all his title challengers so far. If he isn't world class then nobody is world class.I think Spence is the best welterweight in the world but he hasn't proven it yet. A decisive win of Brook would be a great win for him. Most fans will probably give him full credit for a win over Brook. It should put him up there with Thurman. I think he would also beat Thurman. Right now Thurman is the welterweight to beat to be considered the best at 147. Pacquiao is still also near the top at 147.
