I think a Loma vs Garcia fight should happen soon, though. As Garcia is a natural lightweight and while Loma would be smallish for the division, more than makes up for it with his skills.

Crawford is likely to move up to 147 soon, though. And that's definitely too big for Loma anytime soon at least
That is how legends born. If he wins, then it will boost his career. If not, then he can come down in his proper weight class and dominate there.

You're absolutely right, and if any man can overcome such a natural size disadvantage against a man with such a superb skill-set it is Loma, the chosen one..

That fight would be awesome and yes he could because Mikey can box at a high level.

But so can Crawford. Stylistically Crawford is just all wrong for Mikey because of the side differenial. Skilk-wise they are equal. But Crawford's style coupled with his range and size advantage is just all wrong for Mikey.

I could be wrong of course, but playing the fight in my head I just can't see Garcia being able to set the same traps for Crawford as he does normally due to Crawford's range, and I see Crawford constantly winning the battle of jabs to establish his pace, his timing, and setting up, and getting off his combinations first and then pivoting or shifting out of range

Mikey beats Crawford. Timing/fundamentals > Speed/strength. And yes Crawford is a good fundamentally sound fighter as well, but Mikey is better. I want Mikey to handle Loma first, and then hopefully he can land the Pacquiao fight before Crawford
