After losing to Bellew, even with the injury, is he finished? Can he compete with some of the top HWs in the sport today?

He wasn't competing with the top HW's in the sport pre-Bellew. He's basically been on a more respectable looking, less entertaining Shannon Briggs type comeback.
I think he's just cashing in on his fame in the sport one last go around & he's not gonna a Joshua, a Fury or hell maybe even a Wilder or Ortiz although I suspect he could get lucky against them in theory, but I don't think he'd be the favorite going in with any top 5 guy & probably not even a solid top ten guy.
