Thurman is praying that Brook somehow wins. I rarely claim any professional boxer is "afraid" of any opponent. But Thurman is scared to death of Spence. At first it was, who? Then, Spence needs to beat someone decent. Now it is, Thurman wants to wait and wait and wait, to make it a mega-fight. It is funny whenever someone asks him about Spence, he starts freakin out! Every time. I have never seen a pro boxer so scared of a possible opponent as Thurman is of Spence.

Keith is safe for a while though. First he has a mandatory against Peterson. Then probably a mandatory rematch with either Porter or Garcia. He will throw in a voluntary between the two against a tomato-can and one after. Peterson and a tomato can in 2018. Porter and a tomato can in 2019. Garcia and a tomato can in 2020. Yea, I don't see Thurman being man enough to face Spence before 2021 at the earliest.

Yes I'm just cutting up here friend. Don't take yourself so seriously every time. But I did read here somewhere that someone saw him days before the supposed incident and that he looked fine and didn't favor the arm. So maybe the truth is in between there somewhere. Who knows. Just so he fights Garcia in a rematch, I'm good.
