Truth hurts, doesn't it? I can tell when you get a little miffed, because you lower yourself to name calling and insults. How sad for you.facts = hate to fan boys
you said Ward is overrated but what has GGG done bro? Ward has accomplished a lot more....beat better competition and actually moved up to fight tough guys
something GGG wouldn't know about....now I understand
your panties in a bunch because Kov lost, and your feelings are hurt because I criticized your daddies thin resume.....its been years and its still not impressive....dude has the worst resume of all time for someone the media and casual fans claim to have been top 3 p4p....you know it...you don't like it...but you know it.....hell its guys in their 20s who've done more and taken more risks than this guy.....deal with itComment

How do you see it?
I was favouring Ward but I think Kovalev now.
I re-watched the fight again and honestly, I think Ward is on the decline. I have never seen him look that bad (and yet, I still consider it a close fight) His legs and reflexes are kinda faded, and I think Kovalev might just close the show this time. Kov fights better when angry and I think he's going to sell out to get the KO. I'm a HUGE Ward fan but I've got a bad feeling about this fight for him.Comment

That is pretty close to how I see it playing out as well. I think Kovalev became a little complacent thinking he was winning the boxing match so he didn't need to take chances. Ward also did some good body work. I think in the rematch, he will have more of that focused hate we've seen beforeHow do you see it?

I agree with your thinking that he will come in with more focused intentions to hurt Ward, and will take more chances to get it done. He demonstrated that he can hit and hurt Ward, but he never really pressed it in the first match out of respect for Ward's skill and infighting abilities. This time, he will pursue that avenue more aggressively (and probably put in more body work as the fight wears on).
On Ward's side, I think his reflexes probably aren't as sharp as they were at his peak. That is why I think Kovalev will be successful in utilizing more aggression. He is still a very slick boxer, but he will get hit. I also don't really see any significant adjustments he can make.
I'm going out on a limb to predict a KO by Kovalev. I like Ward too, and hell he could prove us wrong. This is what I'm seeing though.Comment

Or maybe one of my favourite Scott Weiland tracks is Just Sixteen by Velvet Revolver and I'm actually 36.
We're not gonna be able to have an intellectual debate when your IQ is lower than that of my stated age on NSB.Comment

believe that dumb shyt if you want toNo, no. Keep up, son. I said he let off the gas after the KD in round two. He had Ward hurt that early in the fight & probably thought he could waste him @ any time after. He was obviously wrong about that.
And you know you were like, "Oh damn" after the KD. It's ok to admit it. Your boy still won.
dude, ward adjusted, KOv blew his load, and lost the fight...." bu bu he purposely let of the gas, doe"
bwhaahahahahaha
bwhahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
bwahahahahahahaha
you have to be an absolute dumb ass to let off the gas vs someone who is undefeated and a great fighter
he lost bro....move onComment

a fighters reflexes will look slower better a high calibre fighter....he looked very sharp defensively vs brand and barrera last year...kov is just an elite, p4p guy.
i will say this...he doesnt throw combos like he did in the past, nor does he move as much but its about efficiency and he didnt waste a lot and made things count.
i think this is the best fight of the year...high level stuff
regardless of who wins, boxing fans win!!!Comment

I couldnt give a damn whether Ward or Kov wins but why do you go so far to defend Ward man? Its a little weird. You say you dont know why people get emotionally invested in fights but thats exactlt what youre doing, youre literally defending Ward like he's your daddy or something, relax.
Ware is a good fighter and so is Kovalev. You say Ward won but you arent admitting that it was a very close fight and couldve went either way and thats a ***** move. Not trying to argue because i have no horse in this race but calm down a little when people say something about Ward, he isnt special. He's a good fighter and thats it, he honestly doesnt care whether his fans lived or died.
Youre filling up threads and pages with GGG insults and Ward praise, talk about other stuffComment
